found an old kitchen cleaver ( hope i will find the original foto) give another shape, the blade was konvex trying to make it flat. one side is very good the other side, i have to do more grinding. so it is a problem to get the scale falat. I also have to make a spacer in the lower part from the handle, because the steel is very thin there......just for fun
